Overview

Are you passionate about supporting patients in regaining independence or receiving compassionate end-of-life care? Do you want to grow your skills in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment? If so, we\’d love to hear from you.

Our nurse and therapist led Intermediate Care Unit offers a rewarding setting, focused on rehabilitation and reablement, with six Specialist Palliative Care inpatient beds. We use a team nursing and therapy approach, delivering person-centered care, with support workers working directly alongside qualified nurses or therapists in a collaborative environment.

This Band 3 role is ideal for experienced support staff. If you are less experienced, you can start as a Band 2 Rehabilitation Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant, with a clear development pathway to progress to Band 3 through training and supervised practice.

We\’re looking for committed, compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact every day.

Please note: This is a 24/7 service and requires availability for nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
