Salary: Lecturer Scale Β£35,112.48 β Β£41,600.00 (Full Time Equivalent) dependent on qualifications and experience
Responsibilities
Inspire and support students in achieving GCSE English Language qualifications, helping them develop skills, confidence and resilience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Level 3 (minimum) in English or a related subject
- Ability to engage, inspire, and motivate students
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to student achievement, safeguarding and inclusive education
- Minimum Level 2 or equivalent in English and maths, with evidence of achievement
- Required to obtain a teacher qualification within the first three years of employment
