East Coast College is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to shape and deliver our recruitment strategy across our three main campuses. This pivotal role aims to maximise our ability to attract, recruit and retain people who share our vision and values.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on end-to-end recruitment activity.
- Shape and deliver the recruitment strategy across three main campuses.
- Recruit all roles in an effective, compliant and quality-driven way.
- Apply knowledge of different approaches, the local labour market, and candidate trends.
- Stakeholder management and influencing across the organisation.
