Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term until 31/07/2028
Salary: Band G £26,114.55 - £27,713.40 per annum (FTE)

East Coast College is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Success Coach - Schools to lead engagement and transition activities across our feeder schools and wider community. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in raising aspirations, supporting progression, and encouraging learners to take the next step in their educational journey.

Qualifications
- Experience working with young people in an educational environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young people.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential.
- A good understanding of post-16 education pathways, progression routes, and university opportunities.
- Commitment to safeguarding.
- Minimum Level 2 or equivalent in English and maths, with evidence.
