East Coast College is seeking a Success Coach - Schools to lead engagement and transition activities across our feeder schools and wider community. This role will help raise aspirations and support progression for learners at Lowestoft Sixth Form Campus.
The position is 37 hours per week, fixed term until 31 July 2028, with a Band G salary (Β£26,114.55βΒ£27,713.40 per annum) and a benefits package including pension, gym access, and campus discounts.
