Are you looking for an opportunity to support education and learning within Further Education? Are you a committed and dedicated advocate for student progression? Do you enjoy working with a variety of people? The SEND Team here at East Coast College are looking for a number of Learning Support Assistants to join them in providing invaluable support to both students and staff, and optimise engagement, progression, and achievement across both our Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth campuses.

Within the SEND Team, you will be able to make excellent use of the support, knowledge, and experience available, and work with a variety of students across a range of Curriculum Areas. Your ability to understand and respect individual student needs, and work closely with tutors to identify learning outcomes will help to drive student success and achievement.
