The People Team here at East Coast College are looking for a confident and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join them and support an exciting job evaluation project. Working closely with a small project team focused on implementing a new job evaluation system, your collaborative and solution-focused approach will help to ensure that all stakeholders are communicated with, and all roles are reviewed in a systematic and transparent way - fully utilising Gauge+ software.
Key Needs from You and the Role:
- Stakeholder engagement
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Confidence and experience with Job Evaluation software
- CIPD qualified (ideally)
- Commitment to safeguarding
