Location: Lowestoft

Hours: Fractional - 0.6 FTE - 22.2 hpw

Contract: Fixed Term to 31/07/2026

Salary: Band K - £36067.20 to £39249.60 FTE (dependent on qualifications and experience)

The People Team here at East Coast College are looking for a confident and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join them and support an exciting job evaluation project. Working closely with a small project team focused on implementing a new job evaluation system, your collaborative and solution-focused approach will help to ensure that all stakeholders are communicated with, and all roles are reviewed in a systematic and transparent way - fully utilising Gauge+ software.

Key Needs from You and the Role:

  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Confidence and experience with Job Evaluation software
  • CIPD qualified (ideally)
  • Commitment to safeguarding
