East Coast College is working in partnership with Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board to deliver the Widening Access Demonstrators Programme (Apollo), a government-funded initiative designed to help economically inactive young people and individuals from deprived communities gain the skills, experience and support needed to secure sustainable employment within the health and social care sector.

- Employer Engagement & Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, creating employment opportunities and long-term partnerships that support workforce needs.
- Business Development & Opportunity Generation: A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, sourcing vacancies and building employer pipelines to support participant progression into employment.
- Communication & Influencing Skills: Confidence in delivering presentations, promoting programme benefits and engaging employers and stakeholders to secure their participation and support.

East Coast College require all staff to hold a minimum Level 2 or equivalent in English and maths, and be able to evidence this.
