As Director of Quality, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the College’s Quality Assurance and Improvement Framework, ensuring excellence in all aspects of provision. You will lead a culture of evidence-based improvement, ensuring that teaching standards, learner outcomes, and quality processes align with Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework (EIF). This role is central to our success — from inspection readiness to staff development — ensuring we deliver consistently high standards across all curriculum areas.
