This unique opportunity to shape and drive inclusion across the college will ensure that every learner feels valued, supported and empowered to succeed, and that their overall college experience is exceptional.

Your experience and understanding of legislation and statutory requirements within Further Education, relentless work ethic, and proven ability to lead and deliver meaningful change will impact our students and their outcomes.

Key needs from you and the role:
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • Lead EDI strategy and practice across all areas
  • Act as Ofsted/QAA nominated lead for Personal Development, Safeguarding and Inclusivity
  • Lead inclusion, safeguarding and personal development across the college
  • Strong personal integrity, resilience and high standards for self and others
  • Ability to inspire, challenge and hold to account
