East Coast College is seeking a proactive English & Maths Intervention Coach to support learners at the Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth campuses.
You will use learner data to identify students needing targeted English and Maths support and coordinate interventions to improve progress and attendance.
The role involves working closely with Curriculum Managers, teaching staff and support teams, sharing insights and coordinating resources to drive student success.
