With plans to continue to grow our Apprenticeship provision here at East Coast College, we are looking for an experienced and engaging Vocational Trainer to join our team and nurture the skilled workforce of the future. Our longstanding Employer relationships throughout Norfolk and Suffolk have been built upon quality delivery, open communication, and the industry knowledge our Carpentry Team brings.
To support our current cohort of Apprentices, we’re looking for your industry experience and technical expertise to help ensure the best outcome for our Level 2, 3, and 4 Apprentices. Your industry knowledge will ensure that site visits are maximised when conducting work-based assessments with students, and providing updates to employers.
Your knowledge of Apprenticeships - whether you already have it or develop this with our support - will allow for outstanding initial advice and guidance to all stakeholders, managing expectations, and working within the qualification framework in a timely and quality driven manner. Your personal ability to execute the role will ensure that our Apprentices gain the highest standard of skills, and Employers are able to grow their workforce.
