Apollo - Vocational Trainer in Lowestoft

Salary: Band J £31,983.12 - £35,006.40 (Full Time Equivalent)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and learner-focused Apollo Vocational Trainer to join our team and support the Apollo programme's commitment to improving recruitment, retention and staff development across the Health and Social Care sector.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with employers, learners and key stakeholders to deliver engaging vocational training and workplace assessment. You will support learners to achieve qualifications including Diploma units and the Level 2 Care Certificate, helping them develop the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to progress in their careers.

Key needs from you and the role:

• Health & Social Care expertise with a minimum Level 3 qualification and at least 3 years' occupational experience within the sector.
• Training and learner support experience, with the ability to assess, coach and develop learners to achieve qualifications and progress in their careers.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, including managing a caseload, building relationships with employers and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate learner records.
• Commitment to Safeguarding.
