East Coast College is seeking a Success Coach for the Great Yarmouth Campus.
The role is 18.5 hours per week (0.44906 FTE) on a fixed term until June 2027, term-time only (40 weeks).
Salary is Band G (£26,114.55 – £27,713.40 FTE).
The Successful candidate will lead PSD tutorials, monitor attendance and behaviour, support student progression, and provide pastoral and exam support while safeguarding learners.
