In early 2026, the business has been acquired by the leading Danish Biscuit Manufacturer, Bisca, in an exciting new chapter for the business which will bring further new investment, capability and products to the UK&I markets.
The Role: To support our exciting growth plans, we have an opportunity for a National Account Manager (UK) to join our commercial team, reporting directly into our Chief Commercial Officer. This role will offer the opportunity to manage and lead ECBs strategic growth partners and initiatives in UK, working across both our brand and own label business. This role will be responsible for accelerating the growth trajectory of the business, with strong exposure to all grocery and impulse channels.
- To lead our UK business retail business, with responsibility spanning major partners and channels.
- To play a lead role in achieving our growth ambitions, building annual growth plans with customers, with full P&L delivery responsibility.
- To lead the execution of plans by customer, with a high focus on winning new business, landing our strong innovation pipeline, with best in class execution.
- To build strong relationships externally with key trade contacts, and to represent the business at trade events both in UK and Internationally.
- To build strong relationships with the full end to end team internally (marketing, supply chain, operations, sales, technical).
- Reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer.
What we are looking for?
- 5+ Years Experience in a NAM role, with a track record of delivering transformational growth plans.
- Previous experience working on a major FMCG brand, preferably in food and drink.
- Ambitious, driven and a self starter looking to progress into a Head of Sales role in the next 2-3 years.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to lead and influence major retail partners.
- Strong collaboration skills across a full end to end team.
- Holding a full valid driving licence and have access to own vehicle is required.
- Location – UK Based (Remote Working), with some travel to Ireland.
