If you are a customer focused, strategic, commercially minded individual with excellent leadership and management skills, then we would like to hear from you! In this role you will lead, plan and be responsible for service development including technical support service and customer services interfaces.
Educated to degree level, you will develop service standards, policies and strategy and oversee projects to drive continuous improvement.
