East Birmingham Network Academy is seeking a Lead Learning Mentor to lead our mentoring programme and work with students who face barriers to learning, helping them improve aspiration, attendance and behaviour.
You will collaborate with the Head Teacher, Pastoral Manager and teachers, acting as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. You should be confident, resilient and able to build strong relationships while maintaining professional boundaries and expectations.
