Job Purpose: Contributing to and delivering excellent customer service across East Ayrshire Leisure Trust, the Hospitality Experience Assistant will prepare and deliver a wide range of planned catering, bar, hospitality and retail offers, contributing to the design and delivery of innovative, modern and sustainable services. Working within a performance management and continuous improvement framework, the postholder will strive to exceed the expectations of the Trust's Strategic Vision and Delivery Plan.
Rate of Pay: £14.83 - £15.53 per hour
Hours of work: Wednesday - Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm (50 minute unpaid lunch break applicable daily) & Sunday 9.00am - 4.00pm (40 minute unpaid lunch break applicable)
