Job Purpose
Contributing to and delivering excellent customer service across East Ayrshire Leisure, the Cultural Engagement Assistant will facilitate the organisation, preparation and delivery of a wide range of planned programmes, activities, events across East Ayrshire Leisure contributing to the design and delivery of innovative, modern and sustainable services. Working within a performance management and continuous improvement framework the postholder will strive to exceed the expectations of the East Ayrshire Leisure Strategy and Delivery Plan. Rate of Pay
Rate of Pay: £14.83 – £15.53
Hours of work will be 17.5 hours per week, see attached work pattern. This is a temporary post until 31 May 2026.
