Job Purpose

Contributing to and delivering excellent customer service across East Ayrshire Leisure, the Cultural Engagement Assistant will facilitate the organisation, preparation and delivery of a wide range of planned programmes, activities, events across East Ayrshire Leisure contributing to the design and delivery of innovative, modern and sustainable services. Working within a performance management and continuous improvement framework the postholder will strive to exceed the expectations of the East Ayrshire Leisure Strategy and Delivery Plan. Please see the attached Job Specification and Key Activities which outline all responsibilities and duties for this post. Rate of Pay

Rate of Pay: £14.83 - £15.53

Hours of work will be 17.5 hours per week, see attached work pattern. This is a temporary post until 31 May 2026.
