Job Purpose

We are seeking Customer Experience Assistants to support our Treehouse Centre at Dean Castle Country Park. The Centre offers residential stays for conservation holidays, schools, or community groups. The role involves supporting groups during their stay with catering, activities, and ensuring a safe, secure, and positive environment. Please see the attached Job Specification and Key Activities for detailed responsibilities and duties.

Rate of Pay

£14.83 per hour. Hours are on an \’as and when required\’ basis. A Night Working Allowance at one-third of the hourly rate applies for hours worked between 10pm and 6am.
