Job Description To lead, coordinate, and facilitate the implementation of service delivery within Cleaner Communities. To drive development and innovation within the Service, ensuring the provision of the best service to the communities we serve. To assist with the promotion, delivery, and integration of the Council\'s key objectives, specifically in relation to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value. The Individual This is a full-time, permanent position based at Western Road Depot, Kilmarnock. The working hours are 35 per week, with a schedule of Monday - Thursday 9 am - 5 pm and Friday 9 am - 4 pm. The annual salary ranges from £40,495 to £44,117. The work style for this role is flexible, with 50-79% of the time spent in the office. Employees may work at different locations, including occasionally from home or other sites, 1-2 days per week. All office-based employees (except those in schools) are expected to work towards the higher end of their work style in terms of time in the office or other locations.
