- Challenge, support and inspire all learners to achieve the best possible outcomes through the development and delivery of an innovative and creative curriculum in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Education Plan and the Community Plan.
Requirements
- The duties of the post involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants for such posts will be required to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member in respect of Regulated Work with either or both of these groups as appropriate, or if they are already a Scheme member, be subject to a PVG Scheme Record Update, before any formal offer of employment can be made by East Ayrshire Council. The PVG records are updated continuously and any information disclosed will be discussed with the applicant prior to any formal offer of employment.
The Individual
- This is a temporary part-time post based within Kilmarnock Academy, Kilmarnock. The post is temporary until 26 June 2026. The hours of work are 14 hours per week to be worked at the direction of the line manager. The full-time salary of the post is between £40,305 - £50,589 per annum. The actual part-time salary is between £16,122 - £20,235 per annum. For further information please contact David Rose.
