Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Facilities and Property Management Service, ensuring the continuous development and delivery of quality support, in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Facilities & Property Management Plan and the Community Plan.
Responsibilities:
- Follow the national guidance in relation to pre-employment checks namely “Safer Recruitment Through Better Recruitment”.
- Provide details of a minimum of two appropriate and relevant references during your application process, one of which should be from your current or most recent employer.
- The reference from your current or most recent employer must be from an appropriate senior manager.
The Individual:
These are 2 permanent full time posts based within Opera House, John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock. The hours of the posts are 35 hours to be worked: Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm. The full time salary of the posts is between £26,991 - £28,265 per annum. The workstyle for this post is ‘Mobile’ - 20-49% of your time in an office or other work location. You will work at your administrative base or another agreed office location between 1 to 2.5 days per week and the remainder of the week at home or other work locations as required.
