Support all aspects of care at home systems operation, performance reporting and data management for the service. Responsible for the updating and maintaining of electronic systems, making decisions in relation to the deployment of frontline staff, as well as providing an efficient and effective first point of contact for service users, families and staff. Provide support and formal supervision for System Schedulers, considering all their work related needs as part of the overall service improvement agenda. You will be customer focused and be part of a fast moving, challenging, continually changing environment which ensures that all care at home provision meets the individual needs of service users by maintaining an electronic scheduling system and committing resources as required. Working together with internal and external partners within agreed timescales and standards.
The duties of this post requires access to the public sector network and therefore the successful applicant must complete a basic Disclosure Scotland application. This is a temporary full time position based within Johnnie Walker Bond, Kilmarnock. The hours are worked on a shift pattern - Early and back shifts and weekend working to cover from 7.00 am - 10.00 pm, 7 days per week. Annual Salary £29,666 - £31,613 plus 12.5% shift allowance. The workstyle for this post is fixed.
