Graduate Internship - Data and Analytics: Review, update and further develop the key data that informs the Council's online data content. Assist with the timeous and accurate maintenance of data held on the Council's Corporate Performance Management Systems for use in the recording and reporting of key performance indicators.

Graduate Internship - Partnership, Policy and Equalities: Contribute to the Corporate Support Service's provision of policy, planning and performance management support to the wider council and Community Planning Partnership (CPP) and support implementation of our strategic priorities related to Equalities, including period dignity.

Requirements: We follow the national guidance in relation to pre-employment checks namely 'Safer Recruitment Through Better Recruitment'. It is also a requirement that the reference from your current or most recent employer is from an appropriate senior manager and it is not a reference from a former peer operating at the same level.

The Individual: There are 2 Graduate Internships available based within East Ayrshire Council's Corporate Support Team: Graduate Intern - Data and Analytics and Graduate Intern - Partnership, Policy and Equalities. To apply for either of these posts you must be a resident of East Ayrshire. These posts are temporary for 2 years and based within London Road Headquarters, KA3 7BU.
