Job Description Contribute to the effective processing of HR Administration within People and Culture Service in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the People & Culture Service Plan and the Community Plan.

The Individual These are temporary full time posts based within the Opera House, Kilmarnock.
The posts are temporary until 31 March 2027.
The hours of work are 35 hours per week to be worked: Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (with a 50 minute unpaid lunch break daily) & Friday, 9.00am - 4.00pm (with a 40 minute unpaid lunch break) The full time salary of the posts is between £27,937 - £29,247 per annum.
The workstyle for this post is Flexible - 50% -79% of your time in an office location/ multiple work locations.
You will work at your administrative base or another agreed office location between 2.5 to 4 days per week and only occasionally from home.
It is the expectation that all office-based employees (with the exception of those working in schools) will work to the higher end of their allocated workstyle in terms of time spent in the office or at other work locations.
