Job Description

The promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives within the Governance Plan, Community Plan and Local Development Plan are central to this role. You will implement and maintain effective administrative, compliance and reporting systems in line with community benefit funding requirements. Supporting Senior Officers, you will help develop services to promote the Council’s key objectives, specifically relating to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement and Best Value.

Requirements

We follow national guidance on pre‑employment checks. Applicants must provide details of at least two relevant references, one of which must come from the current or most recent employer and be from an appropriate senior manager; a reference from a former peer is not acceptable.

Individual

This is a permanent full‑time post based at London Road, Kilmarnock. Working 35 hours per week, the schedule is Monday to Thursday 09:00‑16:00 and Friday 09:00‑16:00. The workstyle is mobile, with 20‑49% of time spent in‑office and the remainder at home or other approved locations. The salary range is £31,377‑£33,579 per annum.
