Job Description

Contribute as part of a team to the provision of a quality early learning and childcare service for children aged 0-8 years and their families. Work to the principles of the national care standards for early education and childcare and abide by the Code of Practice for Social Service Workers.

Requirements

We follow the national guidance in relation to pre-employment checks, namely Safer Recruitment Through Better Recruitment. The Individual

This is a temporary part-time, term-time post based within Netherthird Early Childhood Centre, Netherthird, Cumnock. The position is temporary until 26/6/2026. The hours of work are 17.5 hours per week, scheduled as directed by the Line Manager, with various work patterns between 7:45 am and 6:15 pm on a rotational basis.

The full-time salary range is between £30,176 and £32,287 per annum. The actual part-time, term-time salary is between £12,940 and £13,846 per annum.
