Job Description
Assist in the daily preparation of food for a variety of meal plans at various establishments across East Ayrshire to support the promotion, delivery, and integration of the Council\’s key objectives, including the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.
Requirements
The duties involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants must become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member for Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, or be subject to a PVG Scheme Record Update, before a formal employment offer is made. PVG records are regularly updated, and any relevant information will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

The Individual
This is a temporary, part-time, term-time position based at Stewarton Academy, working 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:45 pm – 2:45 pm. The hourly rate is £12.96.
