Job Description Provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the Head of Service ensuring the continuous development and delivery of quality supports to stakeholders in order to assist with the provision, delivery and integration of the Service’s key objectives as well as the objectives outlined in the Community Plan and Shared Commitments.

The Individual These are temporary full time posts based within Council Headquarters, London Road.
The posts are temporary until 31 March 2027.
The hours of work are 35 hours per week to be worked: Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 5.00pm & Friday, 9.00am - 4.00pm The annual salary is between £29,666 - £31,613 per annum.
There are various posts available supporting the Council's Management Team.
The workstyle for this post is Fixed - 80-100% of your time at a single office base or work location.
You will work at your administrative base or another agreed office location between 4 and 5 days per week.
It is the expectation that all office-based employees (with the exception of those working in schools) will work to the higher end of their allocated workstyle in terms of time spent in the office or at other work locations.
