Contribute to the effective delivery of various building works to the Council Housing Stock in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the Council’s key objectives; specifically in relation to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement and Best Value.

Responsibilities

The Individual

This is a full time permanent post based at Housing Asset Services, Kilmarnock Depot, Burnside Street, Kilmarnock. The hours of work are 37 per week to be worked as follows; Monday - Thursday 8.00 am - 4.00 pm Friday 8.00 am - 3.30 pm. The salary for this post is £34,324 - £36,748 per annum.
