RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR
Mandatory weekend working on a rotational basis

Are you:
- Passionate about customer service & building community support for the charity.
- Enjoy working as part of a team but also work on your own initiative.
- Happy to work on your own at times.
- Flexible to work at the weekends.
The role:
- Working with the shop manager to maximise sales of donated and new stock.
- Supporting the shop volunteer team by providing guidance and direction to their efforts.
- Maintaining a high standard of display, presentation and cleanliness throughout the shop.
- In the absence of the manager, ensuring that all monies are banked, daily/weekly banking & reporting processes are followed and shop is opened and closed at end of day.
