Join Our Team in the Heart of Historic Fakenham! Our Fakenham shop is set in an old, characterful building spread across three floors. Located in the heart of this vibrant market town, we’re looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor to join the team.
Are you:
- Passionate about customer service & building community support for the charity.
- Enjoy working as part of a team but also work on your own initiative.
- Happy to work on your own at times.
- Flexible to work at the weekends.
The role:
- Working with the shop manager to maximise sales of donated and new stock.
- Supporting the shop volunteer team by providing guidance and direction to their efforts.
- Maintaining a high standard of display, presentation and cleanliness throughout the shop.
- In the absence of the manager, ensuring that all monies are banked, daily/weekly banking & reporting processes are followed and shop is opened and closed at end of day.
