Join our team as a Warehouse Administrator/Assistant and play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our Retail Distribution Centre (RDC). This full-time role (35 hours per week, Monday-Friday) is based at EACH Retail Distribution Centre (RDC) – Thetford, IP24 1HP.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure goods are efficiently organised, stored, and distributed to our retail shops.
- Manage customer calls regarding furniture donations and plan collections.
- Liaise with shop teams and assist in their stock and delivery/collection requirements.
- Coordinate vehicle scheduling, manage stock requirements and fulfil online orders for new goods.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience completing administrative tasks in an office environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible, positive approach and willingness to support varied tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Pay & Working Hours
£22,220 per annum (35 hours per week) – £12.21 per hour.
