A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role. At East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH), every role plays a part in making a difference to babies, children, young people and their families. We're looking for an organised and proactive Project Support Administrator to join our Care Directorate and support a range of exciting transformation and development projects across the organisation. If you enjoy bringing people, information and plans together, this could be the perfect opportunity.
You'll help keep projects on track by coordinating meetings, maintaining key records, supporting reporting processes and ensuring colleagues have the information they need to deliver meaningful improvements to our services.
What you'll be doing:
- Working closely with the Head of Care Transformation & Development and colleagues across our care teams, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and project coordination support across a variety of strategic initiatives.
- Coordinating project activity and supporting delivery of transformation projects.
- Organising project meetings, preparing agendas and papers, and taking accurate minutes.
- Maintaining action logs and tracking progress against agreed actions.
- Monitoring project milestones, deadlines and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Supporting project reporting, documentation and governance processes.
- Acting as a central point of contact for project-related enquiries and communications.
About you:

- Experience in a busy administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience arranging meetings, preparing documentation and taking minutes.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience supporting projects or project delivery would be beneficial, but not essential. We value transferable skills and welcome applications from candidates with experience gained in a variety of environments.
