East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH) is looking for a compassionate and analytical Individual Giving and Legacy Officer to join our Fundraising Directorate. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and rewarding fundraising team. You will deliver exceptional supporter experience, analyse fundraising data, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, young people, and families across East Anglia.
Working Pattern: Minimum 30 hours per week over 4 days, with opportunity for hybrid working.
Salary: £25,000- £26,000 dependent on experience (pro rata for part time applicants).
Do you have:
- Experience managing supporter or customer communications?
- Experience working with databases, including data entry, analysis and reporting?
- Highly effective written and verbal communicator?
- Providing excellent customer service for individual giving and legacy supporters including: handling telephone enquiries, responding to emails, updating our database and ensuring all queries are answered promptly and professionally.
- Drafting supporter communications in an appreciative and thoughtful manner.
- Supporting the Individual Giving Manager in developing and delivering fundraising appeals.
