We are looking for a Data & Analytics Developer to help us improve reporting, automate tasks, and turn data into useful information that supports decision-making across the charity.
This is an entry-level opportunity for a person who is looking to develop their skills in data, reporting, business intelligence and AI.
Working closely with teams across the organisation to understand business needs, develop reporting solutions and turn complex data into accessible, actionable insights.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions
- Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Supporting teams across the organisation to better understand and utilise data
- Developing and implementing automated solutions to improve efficiency
- Ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy
- Supporting colleagues maximise the use of reporting tools and AI technologies
- Continuously learning and developing new technical skills as technology evolves
What We're Looking For
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- An interest in data, reporting, automation, and AI
- Communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to different audiences
- Ability to learn and apply new skills, systems, technologies, and ways of working
What You'll Bring
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions
- Proficiency in Excel (including Power Query and Data Tables) and Power BI
- Ability to independently develop your knowledge and technical skills
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively under pressure
- A collaborative approach combined with the ability to work independently
We are looking for someone with an interest in data and technology, who can develop their knowledge independently, apply learning in practice, and contribute ideas for improvement.
