Join to apply for the Individual Giving Manager role at East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH). An experienced and collaborative fundraising professional will deliver EACHβs new Individual Giving strategy focused on donor insight and analysis, ensuring financial targets, KPIs and a strong ROI are met across all areas through effective budget, project, data, and team management.
In this role you will work collaboratively with teams across EACH, partnering with the Database team to leverage donor insight and segmentation for campaign development and testing, and with the Marketing and Communications team to deliver creative, brand-aligned campaigns.
Base pay range: Β£37,000 FTE, per annum
Location: Flexible/hybrid β the role can be based at any of our three hospices. The postholder will be required to travel between sites to collaborate with colleagues, so a driving licence and car are essential.
Hours: Full and part-time applicants encouraged, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Interviews: First interview: Teams on either Thursday 15th January or Tuesday 20th January. Second interview: In person (location TBD) Wednesday 28th January.

Responsibilities:
- Analysing donor data and trends to understand supporter behaviour, using these insights to develop effective campaigns and stewardship journeys that engage current, lapsed and new supporters.
- Delivering impactful digital and direct-mail print donation campaigns.
- Managing one-off gifts up to Β£1,000.
- Overseeing our third-party lottery partnership.
- Leading improvements in legacy marketing and stewardship of in-memory supporters.
- Driving enhancements to our regular giving programme.
- Line-managing and working closely with the Senior Individual Giving Officer.
- Managing income and expenditure budgets across all Individual Giving activities.
