We are seeking a practical, hands-on Maintenance Operative to join our Estates team in a varied and rewarding role across our primary schools, primarily based in the Woodbridge area. Working across multiple sites, you will play a key part in keeping our schools safe, secure and well maintained. You will carry out day-to-day repairs, support health and safety compliance, and help create high-quality environments for pupils and staff.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver general maintenance, repairs and site support
  • Help maintain safe, clean and secure school premises
  • Support contractors and assist with planned works
  • Contribute to health and safety checks and compliance
