East Anglian Air Ambulance is seeking a People Advisor to support the full employee lifecycle, lead recruitment and partner with managers to attract and retain talent in a life-saving charity. This hybrid role is based in Norwich, offering up to 30 hours per week with pro-rata pay from £31,126 per annum.
You will report to the Head of People and contribute to wellbeing, inclusion and policy development while using HR data to drive improvements and deliver an excellent employee experience.
