About the role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our lifesaving charity in a role that truly makes a difference. Working within our Information Systems team, you'll develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data visualisations, providing insight to colleagues across the charity. You’ll play a key part in streamlining how we work, identifying and delivering automations that simplify processes and support the effective use of data to drive better decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and support low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot to automate processes, improve governance and ways of working.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insight across the organisation.
- Support fundraising and operational teams with reporting, audience segmentation and performance analysis.
- Improve data quality, governance and reporting processes.
You’ll bring:
- Experience creating reports, dashboards and data visualisations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to present complex information clearly and confidently.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft 365 applications.
