East Anglia Reserve Forces and Cadets Association
The East Anglia Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (EARFCA) plays a pivotal role in supporting the Reserve Forces and Cadet movements across the East Anglia region of the UK. Established to foster a strong connection between the military and the community, EARFCA aims to promote the values of service, commitment, and leadership among young people.
Our core activities include:
- Providing support and resources to local cadet units and reserve forces.
- Organising events and training sessions that enhance skills and teamwork.
- Encouraging youth participation in cadet programs to develop future leaders.
- Facilitating community engagement initiatives that strengthen ties between the military and civilian populations.
At EARFCA, we believe in the importance of instilling discipline and resilience in young individuals. Our vision is to create a supportive environment where cadets can thrive, learn valuable life skills, and contribute positively to society.
We work closely with various stakeholders, including schools, local authorities, and military establishments, to ensure that our programs are accessible and beneficial to all. Through our dedicated team of volunteers and staff, we strive to make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.
Join us in our mission to empower the next generation through the principles of the Reserve Forces and Cadets. Together, we can build a stronger, more resilient community.
