The East Anglia Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (EARFCA) plays a pivotal role in supporting the Reserve Forces and Cadet movements across the East Anglia region of the UK. Established to foster a strong connection between the military and the community, EARFCA aims to promote the values of service, commitment, and leadership among young people.
