About The Team

The Growth Marketing team partners closely with Marketing Leadership and Sales to drive efficient pipeline generation. We build and optimise full-funnel programs across paid acquisition, lifecycle channels, and owned web properties - using rigorous measurement, experimentation, and strong cross-functional execution to deliver growth targets.

About The Role

This is a hands-on, execution-first role. You will personally manage and optimise campaigns daily across platforms, owning setup, optimisation, and measurement. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will own pipeline generation through performance marketing and ABM, while also driving key owned-channel levers: email/lifecycle, SEO, and ongoing website optimisation. This role requires a T-shaped marketer - deeply hands-on in paid acquisition, with strong working capability across lifecycle and web/SEO - and a bias toward execution over delegation.

What You’ll Do

  • Pipeline Generation (Performance + ABM): Own pipeline generation through performance marketing and ABM programs, with clear targets and measurable impact.
  • Full-Funnel Paid Programs: Build and optimise full-funnel performance marketing across channels including Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms.
  • Campaign Execution (End-to-End): Own all campaign execution, including: Campaign setup and daily optimisation in ad platforms; Targeting and audience strategy (including ABM execution); Tagging, tracking, pixels, and attribution; Performance reporting, forecasting, and insight generation.
  • ABM Program Ownership: Design and execute ABM programs aligned tightly with Sales priorities, including target account selection, segmentation, and prioritisation.
  • Lifecycle & Email Marketing: Own email marketing and lifecycle programs that support acquisition, activation, and pipeline acceleration-improving performance through segmentation, testing, and continuous iteration.
  • SEO Ownership: Drive SEO strategy and execution (technical + on-page + content collaboration), including keyword strategy, performance monitoring, and optimisation to increase qualified organic traffic and conversions.
  • Website Optimisation: Own ongoing website optimisation and updates to improve conversion rates and funnel throughput - partnering with design/content as needed and ensuring site changes are measurable and impactful.
  • Funnel Diagnosis & Improvement: Diagnose and improve the full funnel—from first touch through to pipeline creation—identifying drop-offs and prioritising fixes across channels and web experiences.
  • Experimentation & CRO Roadmap: Own the experimentation and CRO roadmap from hypothesis to execution to insight to scale.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales to align on target accounts, messaging, pipeline goals, and performance—contributing to sales enablement through data, insights, and targeting.
  • Attribution & Reporting: Own attribution, reporting, and performance analysis end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy and clear insight into what drives pipeline.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and ensure efficient ROI across growth channels.

Experience We’d Love

  • 5-6 years of hands‑on growth or performance marketing experience with ideally 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS (sales-led preferred), owning and implementing paid acquisition programs end-to-end across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, including budget ownership and performance optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, attribution, and funnel metrics (e.g., CAC, ROI, conversion rates, pipeline impact).
  • Hands‑on experience with lifecycle/email marketing: segmentation, testing, automation, and performance measurement.
  • Working expertise in SEO, including technical fundamentals, on‑page optimisation, and performance analysis.
  • Experience owning and improving website conversion performance through CRO best practices, testing, and iterative optimisation.
  • High analytical rigor: ability to translate performance data into clear insights, forecasts, and prioritisation decisions.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills (especially with Sales and RevOps).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise, manage multiple initiatives, and execute within deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward action.

Bonus Points For

  • ABM strategy and execution experience (tools and tactics), including target account modelling and prioritisation.
  • Experience with enrichment and data tools (e.g., Clay, Airscale) to enhance targeting and activation workflows.
  • Comfort with experimentation frameworks and statistical thinking for interpreting tests and making scaling decisions.
