This is the perfect opportunity for an RVN seeking flexibility, a positive working culture, and the chance to make a real impact within a close-knit clinical team.

Our practice is warm, welcoming and well established, with a loyal client base and a team that genuinely cares. Conveniently located just off the M20 and commutable from London, our deceptively spacious surgery offers:

The role is 20 hours per week, with flexibility in how these hours are structured. You will enjoy a varied mix of nursing consults, inpatient care, theatre work, client communication, and supporting the wider clinical team. There is a 1 in 3 Saturday-morning commitment, shared across the team, and no out-of-hours work – when you’re off, you’re truly off. Whether you’re returning to practice, seeking a better work-life balance, or prefer a part-time schedule, we are happy to work with you to create a rota that fits your lifestyle.

Work-life balance includes:

  • 6.6 weeks annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays pro rata
  • Increasing holiday allowance based on length of service
  • Your birthday as a paid day off

Wellbeing initiatives include:

  • Access to discounts/cashback with hundreds of participating retailers
  • Discounted treatment for your own pets at an IVC Evidensia practice
