What you bring:
- You understand customer needs and know how to build long-term relationships.
- With your commercial mindset and strong market insight, you close deals through technical advice, strategic relationship management, and selling solutions like dock levellers, industrial doors, and shelters.
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within construction, logistics, or a technical sector.
- Strong networking skills and experience with complex sales processes.
- A track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Technical understanding and the ability to clearly and convincingly explain complex loading solutions.
What you can expect from us:
- Salary of £50,000 - £55,000 gross per year.
- Attractive performance-based bonus scheme.
- 35-hour workweek.
- 25 vacation days per year, including 3 days during the Christmas period, plus national holidays.
