Responsibilities Looking after all the aspects related to the Ticketing (Domestic and International) i.e., Ticket Refunds, Issuance, Reissuance, and Cancellations. Should possess good knowledge of GDS- Galileo (Must) & Amadeus. Assist clients with travel planning through calls and emails. Should be well versed with City Codes & Airline Codes. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Should be flexible to work in Implant and back office. Requirements A Bachelors Degree is a must Minimum one year of experience in the refunds process IATA Graduate or Graduate with experience in relevant field Excellent communication skills
