Travel Consultant ( Flight Tickets )

Responsibilities

• Looking after all the aspects related to the Ticketing (Domestic and International) i.e., Ticket Refunds, Issuance, Reissuance, and Cancellations.
• Should possess good knowledge of GDS- Galileo (Must) & Amadeus.
• Assist clients with travel planning through calls and emails.
• Should be well versed with City Codes & Airline Codes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Should be flexible to work in Implant and back office.

Requirements

• A Bachelors Degree is a must
• Minimum one year of experience in the refunds process
• IATA Graduate or Graduate with experience in relevant field
• Excellent communication skills
