Responsibilities
- Looking after all the aspects related to the Ticketing (Domestic and International) i.e., Ticket Refunds, Issuance, Reissuance, and Cancellations.
- Should possess good knowledge of GDS- Galileo (Must) & Amadeus.
- Assist clients with travel planning through calls and emails.
- Should be well versed with City Codes & Airline Codes.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Should be flexible to work in Implant and back office.
Requirements
- A Bachelors Degree is a must.
- Minimum one year of experience in the refunds process.
- IATA Graduate or Graduate with experience in relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills.
