Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will drive Easefix’s growth in the UK facility maintenance sector by securing new clients, building lasting relationships, and expanding market presence in Greater Manchester and surrounding areas.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within Manchester and adjacent regions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Build and nurture strong, trust-based partnerships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct ongoing research to track trends, competitor moves, and partnership potential.
- Craft and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Participate in local trade shows and undertake lead generation.
