EaseFix is a rapidly expanding facilities maintenance provider supporting retail, hospitality, forecourt, property and public sector clients across the UK. Backed by a nationwide network of over 8,500 vetted trades professionals, we deliver reactive and planned maintenance solutions at scale. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a commercially driven and relationship focused Business Development Manager to help expand our client portfolio, strengthen existing relationships and support long term business growth.

This role will be primarily office based from our Oldham office, with a focus on attending regular trade shows, exhibitions, networking events and client meetings across the UK. Monthly travel will be required as part of the role, providing excellent exposure to major brands and industry contacts. This role offers an uncapped bonus structure designed to reward relationship building, account growth and commercial performance. The bonus scheme is tiered based on the volume of works generated through your client portfolio, with additional incentives available for successfully reviving inactive or low engagement accounts and increasing ongoing client activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail, hospitality, property, forecourt and commercial sectors
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, networking and ongoing account engagement
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, networking events and industry meetings to represent the EaseFix brand
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation through to onboarding and account handover
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account success
  • Act as Client Success Manager for assigned accounts, helping to strengthen relationships and support long term account growth
  • Hold regular client review meetings alongside the Operational Account Manager to discuss performance, opportunities, ongoing works and service improvements
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations based on client requirements
  • Generate and manage sales pipelines while maintaining regular follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Support the re-engagement of inactive, sleeping or low-activity client accounts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity updates and pipeline reporting
  • Understand client pain points and position suitable maintenance or process solutions
  • Work closely with senior leadership on sales strategy, growth opportunities and target sectors
  • Represent the business professionally across client meetings, presentations and events nationwide
